Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are custom and can take up to 4 weeks to ship from receipt of the order. We are committed to ensuring that orders are shipped in a timely manner and as expected by the customer. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed and you will receive an order confirmation that you should print for your records.

Returns / Exchanges

We guarantee 100% client satisfaction for all merchandise and will accept non-defective (sellable condition) and defective merchandise for return withing (30) days of order confirmation.
